Introduction
 
The TEFL in Prague Course is a 4-week (Monday-Friday) course in initial teacher training, which provides highly practical knowledge in the areas of methodology, classroom techniques, and language awareness to proficient users of the English language. By the end of the course, trainees will be able to independently plan and successfully conduct a variety of ESL lessons to adult learners whose native tongue is not English.

Who is this course for?
 
We accept individuals from all over the world (although largely from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). You will find TEFL trainees of all ages, nationalties, and walks of life here. 
Although it is beneficial, we do not require previous teaching experience.  We will also consider applications from those without university degrees.


Accommodation
 
If you choose the Full Package (1,550 Euros) TEFL in Prague will arrange modest accommodation for you. Accommodation includes 39 nights in a fully equipped and furnished flat near the school.  Each trainees has his/her own bedroom, and the kitchen and bathrooms are shared.  Please note that bedding is provided, but towels are not.
If you choose the Basic Tuition Package (1,200 Euros) you are free to arrange your own housing.

In addition to its famous architecture, Prague is well known for its many parks. For free entertainment, stroll through Prague’s greenery, cross the picturesque bridges spanning the Vltava River, and listen out for free concerts.
